Best Video Codec/Format for steaming and low file size.

Hi all, I've done some research and wanted a more professional opinion from the great redditors of reddit.

This will be used in a webapp with a webcam on PC and mobile.

Things I have considered:- GZIP Compression- MP4 & H.264- MP3 & ACCTL:DR:- Video and Audio Codec Needed to record video and audio.- Low File Size- Streaming Support Needed.
