What should I have my devs work on?

Hi guys! I have a small business and we employ two developers. Due to the virus, our long term projects have been put on hold. Our devs don’t have anything to do, but obviously I’m not going to lay them off just because they’re bored. What can I have them work on? I’m not a developer! Is there a “spring cleaning” that devs can do? Clean up their code? Write documentation? Research? Short projects? I’m hoping we can get back on track within the next month, so I’m trying to think of short-term ideas.

What would you want your boss to tell you to work on?
