Installer to launch at boot

I made an exe that will kill a specific program, and now I want to package it into an installer so that it will be put into the windows program files and run at every boot, probably via a registry edit. All of the programs to make installers are too confusing for me and I am not going to learn another language for scripting. Using one of the free programs for building an installer, can someone explain this or offer to do it for me? Thanks!
