Noise cancelation of output audio

Is anyone here aware of any software that can cancel the audio playing through speakers from the computer? I enjoy playing without a headset but being able to have a conversation with someone over discord becomes impossible unless I am using one. I havent heard of this existing although hearing about Nvidia's AI noise cancelation had me thinking about this problem again. Am I wrong in believing it would not be as dificult as it sounds because it is expected audio that it will be outputting itself so it can use that information to cancel what will inevitably come back through the microphone? I had trouble finding wording for searches that got me to where I wanted when looking into this and was wondering if anyone here would kindly bless me with knowledge of the program I speek of.
