Software to help manage the team

how's it going? I'm reaching out to you to ask, if you ever needed a tool that would help you better manage your team and assign programmists to the projects that would suit them best?

We're currently working on a software, that would make that a lot easier. Its purpose is to collect informations on your team members, such as their preferences and skill levels. That would let you, using a drag and drop interface, distribute the coders and keep it all clean and easy to manage.

We also want to gamify the process of increasing the skill levels of the users.

I'm reaching out for your help. Would you like to use a software like that? What are the most crucial elements you'd need? What do you think about the idea itself?
