Created a small compilation of general software development documents

Hey there! I made a small compilation of software development documents in the context of waterfall-inspired project managment practices.

Let me know what you think. Feel free to open issues, there's a lot of space for improvement I think.

The repository is meant for professional software developers who'd like to or are required by certain circumstances to adapt a set of project manager skills (I think we've all been there at some point).

I'm open to useful criticism e.g. misleading, would change this or that.
