I have probably THE BIGGEST internet idea of the future. Who can I approach to make it happen?

I’m just learning about computers/programming and I don’t know enough to make anything happen. Is there a way I can talk to someone who has the resources to make a great idea happen, while also making sure I get credit and proportionality compensated ?
