Resources to help with setting up and Agile development group

I'm looking for educational resources to learn about Agile development and how to set up a development office. I have some programming experience and education, but the past few years of my experience have been testing for a waterfall dev cycle.

Any information is appreciated, but I'm primarily interested in reference and how-to style books that would help someone understand and implement Agile development practices in the most effective way.
