HTTP Request Service

So I am currently working on a project that makes HTTP requests to a Google Drive in order to gauge network connectivity to the Internet. The issue is that google drive only allows about 400 requests a day before my home network gets flagged for suspicious activity (This is the return after I get flagged).

Is there an alternative service that I can use to host a download file on a public domain? I'm looking to add multiple download links to alternate between to avoid getting flagged. Would be a plus too if the second service doesn't have a cap like Google Drive does.
