talan cli (tln) – Advanced Component Management System

I've been working on this project quite a while. It's still in early alpha stage, but key features were implemented and critical bugs were fixed.

All my projects are already managed by Talan CLI, but the major achievement is that two commercial projects utilized this tool too.
