Host web app, .NET Core Api and MariaDB for free/cheap. Where?

So I want a way to host a web app, a .NET Core Api and a MariaDB for free or a cheap price for non-commercial use. It will be like a project portfolio when I look for jobs. Is there any platform where I can host the full stack? Or do I need several? How would you do it. I do not have my own server and I do not want to be hacked.
