How do I go about writing a modular monolith application which is crud heavy?

Now the usual approach which i'm aware about regarding making modular monolith is by Domain Driven Development. Now as microservices can also be decomposed based on nouns, I wondered if there's an example of a modular monolith where the decomposition is based on nouns rather than domains.
