just starting working in the software industry with no experience, any resources?

Hello!

I just started working for a software development company as a Project Manager. While I know that I don't need to understand the nitty gritty of the development itself, I have very little experience in this field and want to make sure I can plan my projects succesfully and communicate with the developers in a way that really suits their work style. (Honestly I don't want the developers to have to baby me or become frustrated that I may not understand something)

Does anyone have any good resources for learning basic software development concepts? I'm mostly looking for terminology and an understanding of the basic development process. My company specifically works on website design, custom Salesforce instances, and data migration projects. I ask because a lot of Youtube videos I watch either just define things like "CSS and HTML" which is not helpful OR they get very into the details of HOW to code something which isn't necessary what I'm after.

Also, if anyone has any general tips on what developers most look for from a project manager, I'd love to hear your perspective so I can excel at working with my team.

Thank you all in advance for any advice!
