A github source to understand rest API using MVC architecture in JAVA springBoot.

I am struggling to completely understand the MVC framework using SpringBoot. Is there a code base in github or similar where I can go through code in comprehending the concepts of Beans , loose Coupling , IoC and Annotations? Also if it has something like hibernate it would be great.
