Keeping track of library FAQs

Let me know if this is better suited for another subreddit My team manages a library that is used by other teams. We’re getting many repetitive questions like “what does error-123 mean” in our slack help channel, when they could have ctrl-F’d to see what the error code means from previous threads.

Do other folks have tools that can handle this (aggregating FAQs?) or is this a change-the-culture thing?
