School Project Interview (Can you help?)

Hello, I'm a Community College student in a Career Exploration class needing to interview a person in my interested field. I don't know any software engineers/ developers personally so I would greatly appreciate if someone could answer these questions.

1. Job Title and how that fits into the company structure/hierarchy:
2. Educational and training background (and other info like did they intern? Get the job through networking? Etc.)
3. What is a day on the job like?
4. What do they like most about their job?
5. What is challenging about their job?
6. How diverse is your workplace? Would you consider that a positive, negative, or neither?
7. Do you face any health problems (sore wrists, bad back, poor eyesight, etc) that you suspect may be a result of your job?
8. Do you drive a Tesla? Why or why not?
9. Have you ever experienced any sort of discrimination in the workplace?
10. Have you always wanted to work with computers?
