How do you test an SMS gateway internationally.

So we have our SMS gateway that we are using to authenticate users and send sms.
But we only have a limited number of mobile numbers that we have a sim card to use for testing.

This makes it hard to test international numbers.
Does anyone have a solution for testing on numbers where you don't have a service in the country?
