Tools for tracking projects now in production

At work, I manage small one-off projects that get written and then go into production where they run every day. They're each written out for different purposes, and so they're similar in scope but also worth keeping track of separately. I have boards for tracking tasks, etc. (e.g. Trello), but I was curious if anyone has a suggestion for a tool that would help me keep a running track of projects that are already in production, too?
