How do you manage parallel development?

We have recently come across a challenge. There are three teams that need to work on specific component (shopping cart) in parallel without conflicting with each others work. This will go on for 6 weeks. All three teams need to work on code, SQL and Azure components. How do you manage parallel work streams without it becoming an administrative pain? So far we have been getting together every morning and every night going through changes in Teams meetings, but is there a faster way I am not seeing?
