Looking for Frontend Developer for an Idea Project

I need a developer to provide a design and front-end development for a site using PWA framework. It's a small idea/startup that I want to launch and see if it takes off. I already have a requirements document and high level form prototypes, and I will provide the backend functionality. This is more of an operational site then marketing, so more focus on development and making the site look professional then pretty.

I am looking for anyone who is proficient in:

1. UI/UX design

2. Front-end development with PWA

3. Some graphics and image development

This is a self-funded project with approximately 2-3 weeks of work. PM me if you are interested.
