Method to develop software for franchise?

I want to develop software for a company that is going to start branching, how can I develop a software for them? Do I go full stack or amy other way?

The overview of the software I have in mind is: 1. There will be a main branch that will fix the price of a product. 2. The main branch will also deliver some products to different branch to keep track of the stocks. 3. The secondary branches will keep real time track of the stocks present in their branch, and also each bill should be pushed to a database, that is accessible only by the main branch. 4. This software should also include a billing module as well. That should handle ordering, changing an order, cancelling or returning.

Are there any examples or project like this already done? Would be glad to get your help. Thank you.
