Tmpo: CLI to quickly bootstrap new projects based on templates

Hi all, I think most of us know the pain of setting up a new project. All the little tool like travis, codecov, eslint, prettier, editorconfig, … and so on have to be configured. I started to build a cli tool that should help us developers to improve/speedup the process of starting a new project.
