What happens when you let a team of engineers ‘just build’?

We like to experiment pretty heavily with our process – especially when suggestions come from our engineering team.

Recently the team was feeling a bit sluggish so we took some suggestions. The team pitched some ‘crazy’ ideas and we wanted to give them a shot. Anyways, I did a quick write up to share some of the results!
