Salary question

Hey guys,

I work as a Programmer at a community bank in North Carolina. We have about 530 employees and 130 branches. My starting salary was 55k. I’ve been here now a year and received merit increase of 2.75% brining me up to 56.5k. I am pretty upset by the small increase to be honest. I work very hard and long hours and got good performance reviews. I mainly work with sql, .net, and RPA. Any advice would be great.
