How do I make a UI for my program? Is there a tool to make this happen fast?

I have a program in python, but I want to make it into an app. Although I am not sure how to do this. I was hoping I could just use a drag and drop tool to make it. Although I can't find anything. I even downloaded Adobe Xd, but you can't do what I want to do using that. Any ideas on what I could use?
