Hey, dear software developers, I am an electrical engineer and have a idea I am working on for a web application + mobile app. I have no clue how to code and I am trying to work with outsource software developers (upwork/ lemon.io…). I am wondering what the the best way to explain my vision of what the application would be like and do. Are there any standard forms, templates or frameworks that software developers receive as an input to start building someone else's ideas?
Someone told me about using wireframes like Figma or other. This seems ok, except that seems very design oriented and might not get into the back end stuff deep enough.
Any other preferences/tools I should be using? What is the best way to give you all the information you need to get you thriving? Also, any recommended places to find good talent? BTW, is it crazy to ask a software developer to get paid in equity? Just wondering. Thank you guys, really appreciate it
