How to find beta testers/early adopters? Betalist/killerstartups expierence?

Where can I find beta testers or early adopters for our beta software? I've seen recommendations for betalist, killerstartups and similar platforms, but they come with a pricetag ($49 to $170). Are these platforms worth the price? How many users did you get form them?

About the software:
Time Studio is a time tracking application for windows, which logs all your activities on multiple devices. The AI will recognize patterns in the programs and websites and will make suggestions. It also has visuals to show time usage.
