Real Estate API Data

Software developer and real estate investor here. I’m interested in building an app for data aggregation and I’m curious if anyone here has any recommendations on APIs / sources of data.

I know that Zillow has one for non-commercial use. Has anyone used that one before? What do you like/dislike about it?

I’m open to paid solutions but obviously free is better. Thanks in advance!
