Creating Software (for a beginner)

I'd like to create a software system that helps identify songs a user would and wouldn't like based on songs already in their library.

I assume this would require coding, which I know nothing about. I'd like to learn, but have no idea where to start with coding, and once I do learn, how do I go from there to create my idea?
