Stock management system

Hi there, I've played around with C++ during my college days, however that was a while back, I'm also a little out of touch with what would be best for my project; I'm now part of a small business selling Gaming PC's which is thankfully going fantastic. However we have no fixed stock management system other then looking at what is on the shelf… with that in mind, could someone recommend me a route to take to create a stock management system? possibly something with a custom GUI? or if there is a software or platform where i can find someone to pay to do this would be fantastic as well?
