Freelance partner needed

I am interested in creating a digital graphics software program that fills the gaps between illustrator and photoshop type programs. It would be geared towards digitizing images and easy vector creation. I have lots of ideas but I am not a programmer and no hardly anything about coding. I'm a multimedia artist and I use Adobe enough that I am annoyed with holes and glitches. Also Adobe is expensive and not user friendly for the average creator. Anyone interested in joining me for a side project? C++ sounds like the best way to go.
