Thoughts on these ‘drag and drop app makers’ like build fire?

I know, I know, you’re best off to build your app yourself. But for those of us that don’t have that skill set and can’t afford to pay a developer to do so, what do you think if these platforms? Do any of them actually work? Is there one you would recommend over another? Or is there a glaring reason to avoid them at all costs I should know about?
