I just finished my requirements doc and medium fidelity wireframes… am not a programmer… now what?

I’ve been working as a sales/project manager in tech for five years and decided on my free time to use what I’ve learned for an idea I’m passionate about. I’d like to get the requirements document and wireframes to programmer for an estimate but everywhere I’m going seems to be quoting more than 50k… wat do?… esp when I’ve got phase 1 already finished. I just need the code. I think 🤔
