Looking for software developers for a scalable project- MUST READ

There is a 2nd covid-19 wave going on in India with around 4 lakhs cases/ day or to say around half a million cases/ day and experts say there will be a 3rd wave.

So, to solve this I and my friends are trying to create a website to connect plasma donation and receiving service (a centralized system). We are trying to create a website through WordPress but are unable to execute what we have planned. There are some websites that are helping but we want to try a different approach and we need more help.
