What do you use for a wiki?

Not sure this is the right place to ask but basically where I work we have really crummy documentation (confluence…..) and we're growing relatively rapidly so we're going to get some sort of wiki on the go… has anyone got any suggestions on what to use? Saw notion, slab, roam research, gitbook, spot, but not sure what the best thing to go for is.

Basically I want it to integrate well with our github, be easy for customer success/sales to contribute to and use, and let us organise documentation, tribal knowledge, decision documents.. and probably loads of other stuff I'm forgetting now.
