Low memory file compression

I’m looking for compression tools that can combine very large files that may already be compressed.

Scenario:

• 5 500gb files (.zip, .tar, .7z) on three different paths
• need to combine to 1 2500gb file on new path

I believe some zip tools need to put the entire file into memory. I’m looking for a memory efficient solution.
