This year I have got to demonstrate collaborative skills within my team. I generally have worked on projects which were more to work with other teams instead of my team ( people reporting to same manager). How can you demonstrate collaborative skills? I do communicate effectively related to my work but they want to see some more leadership and more collaborative skills within my team. Please share your thoughts. Most my team members are open to listen my ideas except one. My manager’s view are also always biased, no matter what I do, hard to please. Note that, the manager just took over my team, I feel I am not one of his favorites, How to deal with such situations, keep going and show collaborative skills in reviews, also any suggestions what should be my approach and steps to deal with bad Apple in my team and my manager?
