Keeping my developer appetite up and overcoming self-doubt

Hello Redditors,

Recently I have been going through doubts regarding my skills and I started to feel that I don't know what I'm doing. The issue is that I have over 4 years of experience and I have made and maintained products. I honestly have an issue with time management. I mostly work solo but I haven't completed any personal projects for a long time and I find myself focusing on work.

I'm wondering if there is something that I can do to boost my confidence and make myself more focused on getting projects complete?

I'm a full stack developer but I mostly do front-end work using JavaScript (React & Vue).
