Any hints on making a good SDD(software design document)

Hey there I hope everyone is doing fine, I have been tasked to write a technical SDD for a company, but the thing is I’m not really technical it’s only my second semester so any advice on how I could get around the technical stuff, or anything in general will be appreciated
