MakeMyTrip work from home policy

I've recently got offer from MakeMyTrip. I like the brand name goldman sachs. Also they are offering slightly more salary than MakeMyTrip. Also maybe GS is financial domain, no sure if it's a good choice as I've just 2.8 years experience. I got to know that GS has started office and I'm expected to be in office 3 days in a week from day 1. I like flexibility in terms of work from home policy. I wanted to know your opinion and also about work from policy of MakeMyTrip.
