Creating a NFT-based login system?

What's the possibility of developing a website/app exclusive to people who own a certain NFT? I want to develop a forum-based website exclusive to people who own an NFT from my collection. I just want to know from a programming side is it possible to create an account with username/email/pass and then a field for some ID type that links to that certain NFT project to allow creation of an account? Otherwise you'd be denied access from creating an account?
