Need a bit of help (Software involving Linkedin)

Greetings to all.

Would like to ask if somebody has experience with developing software involving Linkedin.

In short I would like to build a tool that would scan the information from persons linkedin (Experience, skills, interests) & make a short summary of that.

I'm aware that Linkedin won't provide their API for software like this, because of their policies.

But I believe we can work-around their policy, as we will not store the information and only make reports on users' demand.

Any knowledge, advice or tip on this, would be highly appreciated.

Please contact me if you can help, budget is not a problem for this project.
