Companies with clear, effective processes

Hi all! The processes at my company are either non-existent or are a complete non-industry standard mess. I've tried to get things defined, documented, and adopted myself for several years without success. Burning out trying to turn a ship and wanting to move to a company with clear, effective processes that I can just execute within. Anyone have experience with some good ones?
