Create UI for checkbox filtering data

Hi, I've got a CSV with some columns(A) containing text information and some columns Containing True False(B) . I want to make or use a UI for displaying 'A' columns of rows based on selection of 'B' columns. I am a noobie developer with mediocre knowledge of python and if poosible have printouts of the rows which will be filtered out.
