We’re gonna have a working agreement meeting. I don’t know what that is. What should I expect?

A person really experienced in the Agile methodology is going to set up a working agreement session with our team.

I have never done it before and it sounds super formal.

What should I expect? I fear it is more red tape, but maybe that's still scars from my bad startup experience back in the day.
