Some help and advice with a fintech JD

I’m not sure if there is the right subreddit for this but here goes. I’m considering moving from finance to a fintech start up. They just raised $20m in series B funding and growing fast. I’ve checked out the JD for the role (below). My question is what exactly does this mean? They are a product-focused SaaS business where they sell into the financial services industry.

Would I be managing the development of applications for this particular product? How would you best prepare for this type of role?
