Is there a way of commercialising my IaaC app?

I am in the process creating a prototype of a distributed app that consists mostly of manifest files for docker, with the intention to package them as helm charts eventually.

This provides organisations with a customised solution that could be adapted to their business needs.

My question is, is it possible to 'commercialise' this or sell a bunch of manifest code and what's the best medium/platform and private license for going about this?
