Which Programs Should I learn?

Hi,

There is web app that help you to manage your Amazon advertising campaigns. It is name is "Pacvue".

I want to create that kind of web app from zero by myself.

My question: which languages should I know for backend or frontend to built that kind of web app?

Is "Javascript" and "NodeJs" combination enough for this?
