Trivago for Food, Grocery and Eccomerce Products

I have an idea for making an app, where all the rates for a particular dish, grocery product or e-commerce product alongwith the discount coupons and options are available for food delivery, groceries and even eccomerce websites. Basically, want to reduce the search and compare process for the customer. Also want to add ML algorithms for product suggestions. Will take into account your area and the deals available in that area. Starting from scratch, which all skills do I need to learn
