Static code analysis tools for java to measure performance

I am currently searching for static code analysis tools for the programming language java. The main thing I want to analyse is the performance of my projects.

Does anyone of you know some static code analysis tools for this? It would be best if these tools also support CWE or have a mapping of their rules to CWE-Metriks.
